Plain-language summary: HaflaBox connects you with vendors. We vet them, but any agreement you make is directly with the vendor. We are not liable for vendor services. Use the platform honestly and in good faith.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HaflaBox ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What HaflaBox Is
HaflaBox is a vendor discovery and event-planning platform that connects event hosts with service providers ("Vendors") in Kuwait. HaflaBox facilitates introductions between users and Vendors via WhatsApp and does not directly provide event services. HaflaBox is not a party to any agreement between you and a Vendor. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by Vendors.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of HaflaBox, you agree to: • Provide accurate event information when building your event profile. • Interact with Vendors professionally and in good faith. • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. • Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce the Platform's vendor data for commercial purposes. • Not misrepresent your identity or event intent when contacting Vendors.
4. Vendor Listings
HaflaBox curates and reviews all vendor listings. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Vendors, including pricing, availability, or service descriptions. Vendor information on HaflaBox (ratings, reviews, pricing) is provided in good faith but may not reflect real-time availability. Always confirm details directly with the Vendor.
5. WhatsApp Communications
When you use HaflaBox to initiate a WhatsApp conversation with a Vendor, that communication is governed by WhatsApp's Terms of Service. HaflaBox has no visibility into or control over these conversations. Any agreements, contracts, payments, or disputes arising from vendor communications are solely between you and the Vendor.
6. Intellectual Property
The HaflaBox name, logo, design, and platform code are the intellectual property of HaflaBox and may not be reproduced without written permission. Vendor images and content belong to the respective Vendors. Event imagery may be sourced from Unsplash and is used under their license terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
HaflaBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that vendor listings are current, complete, or accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HaflaBox and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with Vendors found through the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
